Class!

I am so sorry that it has been so long since my last post :( . I tried to blog last night, but for some reason I couldn’t post it after I wrote the entry, so it is below this one. Today was the first day of classes and my first day at my work-study job; I think I am going to like both a lot. Most of my classes seem interesting so far, and I am also excited at the prospect of skipping Global Studies, lol (not to worry momma, I will still do all of the assignments and readings, I just may not get out of bed for class every day, lol). Before dinner, Cam, some new friends, and I played a fun game of Scattergories. It was during this game that the ship began to slow down and rock violently. Needless to say, we were all a little scared (mostly because we didn’t know why we were slowing down), but after we saw that the sea was rolling and found out that the Captain was turning to avoid a storm, we were calmed. Day two of classes is tomorrow. I hope I like my classes as much tomorrow as I did today. Stay tuned for more adventure!
